|Recommended: YesEverything is nice except something — The cleaning of pavements and parking lots is definitely not done well. I think it should be cleaned a little more carefully and salted enough. For guest parking, it is better to have sign plates inside the Seasons area to direct them to the correct lots. It also would be great to have playground for kids. Thanks for the Property Staff for everything, they are great

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — These apartments are new, the appliances are Whirlpool, maintenance is always taken care of right away, dog park for those that have dogs, it is very quiet, and all of the staff are very friendly. They also have several floor plans and 3 bedrooms for those that have children. The pool is always clean and the fitness center is always well kept. It is a great place to live.

|Recommended: YesQuiet, Clean, and Friendly — The leasing agents have been super friendly and helpful. I worked specifically with Janessa, she answered all questions to the full extent in a timely manner. While living here during active construction can be noisy, however if you shut the windows and doors, you can hardly hear whatever is happening outside. The overall apartments are nicely built. Everything has been fairly quiet. Beautiful windows that allow so much natural light to enter the apartment. My only complaint is that guest parking is minimal towards the back of the complex, visitors would be lucky to park in the one allotted visitor spot by our apartment. There are many spots throughout the complex and more towards the leasing office, which may be a hike for visitors.

|Recommended: NoDon’t move - just yet — The apartments have a lot of flaws for the price we pay. They are supposed to be luxury apartments but they are not there just yet. Construction and inspections needs to be done before people move in. Give it some time.

The young ladies upfront are very nice and helpful. The 2 maintenance guys for our area do a very good job and always wave 👋 hello. I do think a little more care needs to be taken in the construction area. I understand hourly rates have gone up and such but I have noticed some quick get done areas as far as painting and making sure things work or look properly. Even if it is a little area, it is noticed and counts as quality. Our last home we had designed and thought we picked out a good company to build it and after we were in it awhile we started noticing more problems. We knew about house settlement and such and the builders kept telling us to wait a little longer. Well, after about a year we went back to them and to our shock they were no longer a business They closed and filed bankruptcy Then to totally end matters, the owner committed suicide partly due to the fact of what he had done with his business We were stuck with fixing what we could of our house by ourselves and also learned a few more things about building .
